One of the natural ways to help heal your tennis elbow is to do some simple elbow tendonitis exercises. Now I must stress at this point that if you do feel any extreme pain during these exercises then you should stop. This will only cause more damage to your elbow than you have already. SO to begin you should start by moving the arm at the shoulder joint. Twisting it around and around in circles to get the blood pumping through your arm. Then rotate your wrist around in circles clockwise, then anti-clockwise. If you feel happy you can go on to stretching your whole arm out. You don’t have to extend it fully straight away but if you extend it more and more each day then you can train your tendons back to their original state. Try not to do these exercises while under the influence of medication as you won’t know if you are really hurting yourself or not.
