  2. The reverse lunge, like the name implies, is almost like the lunge but instead of the leg moving forward, it moves backward. The leg moving backward should be bent in such a way that the knee touches the floor and the stationary leg bends to a ninety degree angle. Do this for eight counts and then switch legs.
  3. The lateral lunge is a side lunge. In this type of lunge, you should stand straight with your hands on your hips, extend your right leg sideways, forming a ninety degree angle and leave your left leg stationary but extended straight. Go back to your standing position and do it again for eight counts. After that, switch legs and do it again.
