Some of you might even spend a lot of money in buying weight loss pills and we all know that zero fat, calories free and especially made organic products are more expensive than the regular ones.

There is one simple rule that you can follow to maintain and also to achieve weight loss. That simple rule is adequacy. It’s a simple rule of common sense that many people fail to recognize. Many people gain weight because there’s an imbalance in the diet. There is more fatty food intake than healthy diet. You eat more than you move and burn the calories. Remember that people take food for energy. If this energy is not being used by the body, that is what becomes fat and bulges. If you take more of a food group than you should, it’s bound to give you some health trouble if not weight gain. Too much salt, too much alcohol and too much sugar all make a person unhealthy.
